FLOOR SUPERVISOR
Butler Country Club currently has an opening for a Floor Supervisor. The Floor Supervisor reports to the Service Manager and will function as an integral part of the Food & Beverage Team. The successful candidate will be a team-oriented leader who will work closely with the Service Manager to ensure that the Club’s high service standards are met. The candidate must also be detail-oriented, have a strong work ethic, and be committed to providing superior service. Leading by example, running productive shifts, communication with other departments are all key components to the Floor Supervisor position.
The candidate should have previous fine dining and customer service experience. Compensation is commensurate with experience for this part-time with possibility leading to full-time position.
